Our Strategy

Our Strategy

Our goal and strategies are geared towards providing protection for children (any person under the age 18). To do this, we work to improve the capacity for community leadership to progressively and strategically improve local governance for system strengthening and good stewardship. The aim is to have a well-structured community leadership that promote child protection services through leadership.

To achieve our goals, we use two basic efficient and sustainable approaches

  1. Assets-based community development approach
  2. Community & Partners strategic planning and action approach

Our strategic powerhouse remains to work with children,  parents, family, guardians, other community members, local authorities, and other partners to create a safer environment where every child enjoy an inherited right to eat on time, play without fear, sleep in peace, and acquire basic quality education in good health. We work harder to transform community leadership into an efficient and effective functional governing instrument to ensure effective protections for the rights and safety of every child. We are always willing to learn and share new ways to effectively conduct child abuse prevention and development services.
